Just had two tenants move out of my loft and they were, well, filthy is an understatement. They left the place an absolute disgusting mess: caked on stuff all over the appliances, floors that you wouldn't want to walk on even in socks, pet droppings in the closets (found by one of the cleaners). I didn't even want to touch a countertop! It was a nightmare.
Maret met me at my loft to do the estimate. We did a walkthrough and she explained how long everything would take to clean. I'm an extremely picky cleaner, so when she was telling me that it could take two hours just to clean the fridge, I figured not only was she right, but also that her staff were going to do a top-notch job.
She brought one cleaner, Juliet, with her so that if I agreed to her estimate (which I did) she could get started right away. I knew it was going to be a two-day job. So I give her the keys and she sends me away, telling me to meet her at my loft in two days and she will inspect it with me.
Well, I came back the next day and it was like a completely different place. Maret thought I didn't look happy but I think I was just in a bit of shock. Everything was spotless. It almost looked like I had never had tenants living in there. I ran my finger over every surface, stuck it under and behind every appliance, and found...nothing. Juliet and two other cleaners worked so hard, cleaning everything from ceilings to floors. I will recommend them to any friend or family member of mine who needs a cleaning service....and my family has notoriously high standards of cleanliness. I cannot thank Maret and her staff enough.
