After meeting with Frank( the owner and salesman) and going over different countertops he figured the Silestone would be a great fit and made many claims as to what could be expected of it.one thing said you could shoot it with a shotgun and not leave a mark.Things were great for a couple years with no problem then we started seeing problems in the tops,pieces chipping out of the tops staining(another thing Frank claimed could not happen as they are man made)after many call's to Frank as to what to do with no return call's we got ahold of his supplier out of Vancouver who arranged for all new tops and had them installed for us.All i can say now as we have many people ask about the tops, we bought them from HOME DEPOT as they have them also. Frank was great at BSing us and will give you 0 warranty stay away as i would never recommend him.A TOTAL CLOWN.
