James and his team replaced my mid-efficiency furnace and water heater with a new furnace, water heater, and added central air conditioning. Since the installation a few weeks ago we've been able to test both the cooling and the heating and are please with the performance, especially the quietness of the furnace. Due to the central location of our furnace room within our 50 year old house, some unusual vent routing was required for the high efficiency equipment, but it was all tidily installed.

My existing garage door became damaged and would not open in the middle of January 2014. I spoke to some other vendors on the phone who told me that it would take months to get a new door ordered and installed. After calling Markham Garage Doors, a rep arrived at my house within 15 minutes. He spent half an hour helping me get the broken door open to rescue my car before even talking to me about a quote. He was able to offer a torsion-spring, powered door for my low-headroom garage to replace the original, noisy extension-spring manual door I had. The work was fully complete within two weeks of that visit and the door is so much nicer to use than what I had originally. Great service from guys who know their stuff!

I was having problems with air flow in areas of my duct work which were enclosed behind finished basement ceilings. After talking to several other companies, I found out that Dave's have a 20' inspection camera able to see deep into the ducts. They discovered a mis-aligned baffle which they were able to reach and re-set from the vent openings without having to remove any drywall. As for the cleaning, they provided before and after photos, which showed a remarkable improvement afterwards. Now the heat in the house is more balanced and airflow is more uniform from all the ducts. The two guys that came to the house were courteous, professional, and thorough. I would certainly use them again.
