Mike came quickly to view the project and quote a price, which he honoured. He was willing to take on a job that other contractors had dismissed as not worthwhile. Once work started, it progessed steadily, even though we added sub-projects, sometimes with very little notice. Mike was flexible about this, and the extra time and cost associated with these changes were fair and reasonable. Throughout, Mike was informative about the process and the expected outcome. His crew was prompt, pleasant and hardworking. The end result is very satisfying--the basement is waterproof, the new floor is smooth and level and polished--our friends are all impressed.
