I am very dissappointed with Alarm Force. I never missed a $28 / month payment for over 8 years - despite only arming the system literally 1/2 dozen times. We kept paying for the service for the insurance discount. over the years equipment has been broken and lost. When we recently moved I called to cancel the service. They insisted I return the old equipment (base station - they said was "obsolete" , door contacts - broken over 8 years of use, and the motion sensor that I threw out because it was yellow from being in the sun of the front window. They readily admitted it would never be used again and was essentially garbage. I have now been charged for them to end our 8 year relationship, and I am now leaving being a very dissatisfied customer. I would not recommend Alarm Force to anyone.

I apologize for any issue regarding the return of the equipment.
We do provide equipment to our customers at no charge but the equipment always remains the property of AlarmForce. It is yours to keep for as long as you have our services but does need to be returned if a customer decides to cancel.
