My air conditioner was icing up and I had Northwood take a look at it. The serviceman, John, was very courteous and explained that the problem could be related to several things. He changed the timing belt and adjusted the position of the motor. I asked him to check the freon gas level and get his thoughts on the return air duct. Overall, I'm happy with the service. My only comment for improvement would be for John to check the entire system and make suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of the AC.
