Our furnace has been blowing cold air for days. He reset the limit but didn't really fix the problem, the furnace was still blowing cold air. I called him hours after he left and informed him that it was still cold air coming out. He could not come back on the same day and told us to call him back the next day. We have been living in cold for days, so we called another company instead. He charged us on the day, but he sent the cheque back to us. Although they couldn't fix the problem, his attitude was nice and he followed up on the problem.

This service call was called into us and we responded the same day. Your roomate asked us to call 45 minutes before we arrived and we did. She called back and said that the furnace was out again 2.5 hours later. We said we would come back the following morning to check the furnace again but later that evening you called us back and cancelled the call because you found the warranty from the original installer. We have offered to give you the money back for the service call because you do not feel we were able to help. We hope that the original installer is able to help you and that your furnace gets fixed.
