Appalling customer service after they take your $. 6 weeks to get a shoddily built chair. Called to complain, took over a week for them to get back to us...2 trips from the repair person, 3 weeks later he finally came to pick up the chair, managed to scratch our wall and leave staples all over the floor. Multiple calls to customer service proved absolutely useless...staff Gary from the yonge st shop, Sol and Tom from head office. Do not go!! Tons of better places who value your business

Sometimes we don't get it 100% - but we certainly try our very best, and I am sorry that our customer service let you down, there was a lot of trading phone calls back and forth to you and your husband before we were able to get connected.
