I was not as happy with Rona as I was with Home Depot. I stood around for over 20 min waiting for someone to help me and saw a few employees standing around doing nothing. I had to seek out my own help. They weren't train nearly as much as I would have liked them to be as I do not know much about paint and needed the help. They should really focus more on training and keeping an eye out for their customers.

I would like to give the home depot 5 stars for outstanding help and customer service. Their well trained staff took their time to help and answer any questions that I had and knew exactly which colours would be better for my project.
