Very Professional and thorough inspection. Although the home was a custom build and great workmanship,within 2 years old and not many visual issues to see wanted the proper equipment to verify that insulation was adequate and no leaks in the foundation or roof. The infared camera equipment is state of the art actually can see a hand print in the wall after only 2 seconds of placing hand there as well as drywall screws and studs, although no serious issues with the house was worth the peace of mind.
