Having never used an appliance repair service, I searched online for a reputable provider. I found this site and have to say that the reviews on Household are bang on. I called Tiernan after attempting to track down an issue on an Electrolux oven unsuccessfully. Having it already apart, he tried to guide me through some possibilities over the phone to save me the cost of a service trip. I couldn't find it still and he made time in his day to come take a look the very same day. He found the issue and needed to order parts for my oven. I asked how much I owed him for coming out and he said "Nothing yet" and ordered my part. He called the day it came in and again was able to come that day to fix the oven. Overall fantastic service and reasonable price. I have a few rental properties and have already set up another service with him for a tenants stove.
