I love the selection of Big Al's, staff seems knowledgeable for the most part. It takes time to know about fish and products so new staff will answer the questions I find he best they can but everyone learns as they go. I like the selection of fresh water and they are the first store I've been in that WILL NOT sell fish that they just got in. I would recommend this place to anyone. I know of people that belong to local fish club in Edmonton that shop here as it's one of the top stores to buy fish.

This company has many promises that weren't kept. My hot water tank burst damaging my bathroom, and my child's room. They have left a lot of unfinished work, some of there work is falling apart already, a lot of empty promises. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone at all. It's been a ongoing battle for 3 years the work still isn't finished and they are trying to over charge for items that should have been claimed thru insurance as well as for services that they provided that they didn't do.
