Hired Mario and team because of all the other companies I met, I felt Prime Concrete would do an exceptional job. I was terribly wrong. Long story short - Don't use Prime Concrete. They will prioritise commercial projects over a residential one which means you'll get ghosted by the company, your project will be delayed significantly, and be done poorly. It was supposed to be a 1-week project. Instead, they started 6 weeks late, did 3 days of work, and then disappeared again for 2 weeks leaving me with no stairs up to my house, a gravel pile, and a ripped up yard. Work started and stopped for another 4 weeks after that before finally being finished. So a 1 week project ended up taking almost 4 months. Also, there were a number of quality issues like chipped edges and a poor stain job. Mario said his team would fix it. It's been 14 months since of me texting and calling Mario and getting no response. I've been very patient giving Prime Concrete a chance to finish the job well but I've had it with them now. Do not use Prime Concrete.

Chris and his associate, Chris, were very friendly and worked hard to get the project completed. Chris has a ton of knowledge and shared useful tips as he did the work. He took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. Project took longer than originally expected but I'm very happy with the final product. Highly recommend.

Amazing job by the Arizona team. From the first phone call and inspection by Rick to the installation itself, they were knowledgeable and efficient. Rick also arranged for a licensed plumber to get my home ready for the irrigation system so that was appreciated. Cody and the team did a wonderful job with the installation and followed up a month later to make sure everything was still working well. They take the time to answer all questions no matter when they arise and really come off as much more professional than other companies. They recommend modern technology that will give you much better irrigation in a convenient way. All round solid job by a very good company!

Furnace was not operating properly so I gave Tamer a call. He provided a couple of suggestions over the phone and then scheduled an appointment, on my schedule. Tamer was on time and immediately set about diagnosing the issue. Unfortunately, as is so often the case, the issue resolved itself just before the expert showed up. However, Tamer still took the time to ensure it was just a one-off. Throughout, he provided some tips on regular maintenance and sharing potential causes for issues. Tamer was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended.

Peter and his team did a wonderful job moving me from my condo to a house. Great experience from start to end - after an initial conversation, Peter came to the condo to look at the furniture and boxes being moved. He gave me a very competitive fixed-price quote which is extremely welcome (and rare) from a moving company. On the day of the move, they were on time and Peter even brought a 3rd person even though that wasn't part of the contract. The team worked non-stop and moved everything quickly and safely into their moving truck. They also came directly to the house where they unpacked the truck quickly and took every item to the exact floor / room specified. The entire team was friendly and professional! They didn't complain at all about anything - including when the condo elevator was not available on time. The only potential con would be that they didn't put down any mats to walk on at the condo or the house - however, both locations were already quite dusty so I didn't ask either. All in all, a wonderful experience and I'm very glad I found Payless Moving.

I have used Angel Movers almost once a year over the past 7 years and they have never failed to disappoint. This time, I had Doug and Steve helping me with a relatively small move but they were personable, very efficient and finished the entire move in a very satisfactory manner! Once again, Angel Movers has done a fantastic job with my frequent moves.
