They were both very knowledgeable and friendly and looking for multiple ways to help with material selection and installation scheduling. The installation was done on-time, as budgeted and excellent quality. I was impressed with the variety of installation designs that California Hardwood can do... check out their showroom if you can. You can use less expensive installers, but you get what you pay for in the end. California Hardwood is a small team, but is worth the effort, which is what you want for a long-lasting finish.
