New issue from previous work done July 2012
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi Steve, Harris Plumbing stands by their work! I had a water pump and holding tank issue. Harris repaired it but we had the same issue recurring less than a year and half later. Harris remedied the problem and discounted the entire amount of the invoice for the original work from the repair. It is nice to know in this day and age that when someone guarantees their work on their website that they actually do! Martin S.
