As a property owner and landlord, I was very impressed with the prompt service that I received. David Fritz came as quickly as possible because my tenants were suffering in a leaking apartment. His workforce was very considerate to all my tenants. It was an emergency situation and they treated it as such. I will shortly contact them for additional work in the future. I do not hesitate to write them as a perfect 10.
