After being a client of Alarm Force for almost 7 years I sold my home. I contacted Alarm force as the new owners expressed interest in continuing the service. They did not continue the service and I was 3.5 years beyond my 3 year contract obligation. Alarm force continued to charge me for 6 months even though I did not have service or access to the equipment which they insisted I return even though it was 7 years old and some items were no longer functioning. I am disgusted with Alarm Force and I would not recommend them to any one. Once I asked for an alarm certificate and they did not get my address correct and showed my home on the certificate in Ontario rather than in Alberta. Alarm force has turned a 7 year loyal customer into a very disgruntled client. Even after I secured the equipment and returned the equipment they continued to bill my account for services and send me collection letters even though I had a confirmed UPS delivery receipt showing the equipment was returned in February.
