Reasonable service EXCEPT, the price was three times reasonable. More than $200/hour and this was for a twenty year old, not a master plumber. I had budget of $400 to reconnect kitchen sink, both supply and drainage, plus dishwasher tee. What I got was about 6 simple solder joints, but had to connect faucet, and had to install drainage and dishwasher myself, all for $475. Plus, they have a $50 charge to show up and estimate and it is added on to any work you get done. The fixed price table was confusing even for their plumber who hummed and hawed for about 10 minutes to find something that sort of fit my needs. I could have and likely should have sent him away but the that would have been a $50 charge and delay of a day for the over-quote. I communicated my comments to the plumber and to the company in my followup online survey so the owner cannot claim surprise about a low satisfaction. Bottom line was that service was okay, price was on the very high side. I would recommend that you do a bit of phoning around to find a competitive plumber. My DS fridge magnet has two large $$ signs etched with a sharpee so I remember.

I am surprised and upset to hear you had a bad experience with us although I do appreciate the feedback.
As you are aware all of our pricing is given to you for approval prior to the work being carried out so you could have used another company our fees did not meet your budget.
