I had the technician show up while I was at work and wife was home at the time. Paul took the time while he was there to take a video and show me the aggressive work that he had done in my home over the phone with me. Being a new home owner there is alot to learn with my heating and cooling equipment. He addressed all my concerns and was very helpful.
