I purchase a home from landmart in 2011 and have just purchase another home from them. They are a great builder and I have had great experiences with all people involved !! I do understand that with all companies that are very large in scale you cannot possibly expect to have things turn out perfect all the time.... I work for my family business in the steel industry and although we strive to do our very best we get a lot customers that are very inpatient and not able to understand that there are so many customers involved that with great big numbers comes huge responsibilities and an increased amount of stress as well. We have to keep in mind that a little bit of patience goes a long way. Yes i agree that we have all spent a lot of money on investing into our beautiful homes and yes i agree that we want everything to be perfect but in most circumstances that may not be the case...I have had my share of issues after my home was built but I know that Landmart and its employees are extremely very busy and yes it make take some time to get things going but all of my issues are being resolved and i appreciate Landmart for not forgetting about me after i closed my house. My experiences with Landmart has been a very good one and I had an even better time at the decor Boutique the second time around... !! So please be patient and kind and understanding, Give Landmart a chance to come through for you because they will. They are a great builder and if they are building Condos in Burlington in the next 5-10 years i am buying from them again !!! lol
