Exceptionally unhappy with Brock. Really felt that going with a reputable, long standing company that spending $30K they would be the best to deal with. Felt confident with sales fellow Mike. Well - here I am 10 weeks later, I have no windows and am only now being contacted for final measure before they can fabricate. 10 weeks I should have been at install, not a re-measure. Now I get to wait approximately another 4-6 weeks to have an install. I ordered in 2 separate contracts - one was remeasured on Sept 21, 8 weeks and still no install date for those. It has been 10 weeks since contract was signed. When you order they say 4-6 weeks, although contract says up to 10. I'm at 8 (for second contract) and I doubt my windows will be ready in 2 weeks. I do not recommend Brock. Salesman now won't return emails and head office doesn't seem to make an effort to get a hold of you either when you leave messages. They leave message and say they are leaving office in 30 minutes. Exceptionally disappointed, really thought Brock was better than this.

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Buttons. Had an AC unit that wasn't working, other companies told me I needed a new unit ($5K) Todd came out and quoted it, he also looked at my furnace to make sure everything was good. Before we started on new, he suggested we have a tech take a look see just to be certain and the tech had it fixed for me in under 10 minutes!! Was a blown capacitor. As a female who looks after all our home maintenance needs, I never once felt talked down to during the process. The other guys that were rated high on home star wanted to sell me a new unit without inspection. Todd took more than enough time to explain and answer any questions. I don't remember the tech's name - but he was FANTASTIC!! I would recommend Todd and his team all day long. Can't say enough about their commitment to their customers and their business. I am a stay at home mom where every dollar counts and I'd pick these guys all day long. You won't regret having them out.

We had 3 quotes and 1 was double Rudy's out and the other guy said it couldn't be done. Rudy got it done and they look great. Spiral staircases, one with carpet that was removed and the other was a builders grade spiral to basement. Rudy was here every day at the exact time he said he would show up and was flexible to work with around our schedule. We were delayed a week, but once we got started everything was exactly on schedule. He custom matched the stain to our current floors and we are thrilled with the finished product. They cleaned up everyday at the end of the job sd were very respectful of our home and family life (2 small kids and pets). Absolutely would recommend Rudy and his guys
