Twinpeaks Roofing replaced my roof in August of 2017. Fall of 2021 was blowing off the eavestroughing and noticed the flashing at the chimney was loose. Called Max and asked about getting it fixed under the warranty. After speaking with Max did realize it was not done as part of the job. Therefore, it was not covered. Max said the job would normally be $500 but, since they did the roof would do it for the cost it would have been at the time $200. A fellow was out the next day to fix it. After service is really the mark of a company.

The spring for the garage door snapped. Posted a request to Home Stars for the job. Had 3 companies reply by noon the next day. All 3 were competitive and the responses with each company were courteous. As Upper Canada replied first and the quotes were so close I went with them. A rep came out and measured the spring to confirm they had the correct one and it stock. The appointment to replace it was the next afternoon. The installer arrived on time and quickly went to work. A short time later it was all done and working. The bill arrived quickly after that. Would not hesitate to recommend Upper Canada Garage Doors. Also, shout to Home Stars. The process to submit the request was smooth and every company that responded was professional.

Had Atlas come look at our furnace that would run past the temp. Initial visit from Atlas appeared to have resolved the issue. It started acting up again and called back. Had a prompt visit from Nimo Mansouri. He was courteous, respectful, and explained everything that he was doing. He was able to resolve the issue and even saved us some $$. Would recommend Atlas to anyone. Ask for Nimo!
