A large tree was in decline and was deemed a hazard. The city provided a permit for the work and a large crane was required because, as large limbs we're cut away, the pieces had to be lifted over other existing trees and a light pole. Mr Tree Man took care of the permit and sent an amazing team who left our property in pristine condition. I would highly recommend this company.

We waited almost 2 months for them but well worth it. Mamuka suggested a solution for our repair that saved a lot of time and mess. We highly recommend this very busy team.

The guys were great. They worked hard for 5 hours doing exactly what we asked and checked with us if we were satisfied. They were very careful with our property and our neighbour's and cleaned everything up as they worked. Highly recommend!

We had a water leak in the wall from the second floor master bath. There was significant mould buildup and water damage to one wall in our dining room below the leak. Four oak wainscotting panels installed in 1930 were damaged beyond repair. Vid carefully dismantled the components of the affected wall and numbered them for reassembly. He addressed the mould issue and then meticulously reassembled the wall. He sourced out a company that could construct panels to replace the damaged ones - they're perfect. Vid is a detail person. We are very pleased with the result. Our dining room has been repaired so it looks like there was never a problem.

After three weeks, we have our master bath back. Thank you Phil. The new toilet we bought could not be installed because its base interfered with the water line. Another plumber abandoned the job but Phil took it in stride. He opened up the ceiling below the toilet (not a surprise - we knew it had to happen) and moved the line very efficiently. We will definitely call them again. We found the price very reasonable for the service we received.

Hire this guy!! Alec gave us a plan and a quote on the spot. Because the quote was very reasonable, we upgraded from pressure treated to cedar. He started the job a week later than scheduled because he always finishes one job before starting the next. He and his team did their best to work around our 30 year old cedar hedge. At the end of each day, the job site was left very clean. The quality of the work far exceeded our expectations and our new deck is far nicer than the old one. I recommend Master Deck without reservation.

Having heard sounds in the attic last night, we called SWAT and Ken arrived this afternoon slightly ahead of the window of time we had been given. He used a ladder and determined that there were no obvious points of entry into our house. He then examined the attic space and determined that we had a mouse issue. He recommended we move our bird feeders farther from the house and then treated the attic space. We are to call him back after three weeks for a second no charge treatment if there are still problems. Very professional and appreciated!
