My 3rd floor balcony is awkward and hard to access. Sedona did an amazing job bringing life back into my dingy area; it looks brand new! I appreciate the care and level of effort they put into ensuring the patio was spotless; even hand scrubbing rust spots from the concrete. I was worried about my downstairs neighbor, who is a bit of an over-complainer, freaking out about water spots (even though my strata approved my cleaning), so Lance went down and washed the patio glass of the neighbor below after he had completed my job. Amazing customer service. Will use again!

Wes replaced the backsplash in our kitchen; we live in a float home that moves quite a bit at times! He was extremely professional, punctual, and a great craftsman. He meticulously removed our tile backsplash and was eager to give me the intricate pattern I requested above our stove. It was a tedious job because of the amount of cutting (especially around the windows), and the house never stays level, but he pulled it off on time and I could not be more pleased with the end result He suggested I may not like my original request for dark grout and showed me a few alternatives. He let me think it over and in the end I went with his suggestion. He was right! I'm glad I listened to him - it's just fabulous :)

I am so pleased with Modus and my Ikea kitchen installation. They were professional, fast, and the crew were work-horses. Those guys didn't even take a break! They worked 11 hours straight through and did a fantastic job. I am impressed with their service and knowledge of the product. I highly recommend using Modus to install your kitchen instead of trying to figure it out yourself!

I contacted Arbutus to do a custom walk-in closet and pantry for our house during a renovation process. I am VERY pleased with the results. I love my new pantry and closet! Their product is high-quality, they have great vision, and understood my needs. They delivered 100%. My only criticism is their communication is lacking (during both fabrication and day-of installation), but I would still recommend them because of how great their product is.

The reason why we chose Nico for this job was that he has realistic vision, and professionalism to match. We purchased a home built in 1898 that has a postage stamp lot. The small space made the appearance of our landscape more vital to the curb appeal we were going for. The previous garden in the front was neglected and full of rocks, soil, and years of bulbs thrown in. The back was an unusable mud-pit. Nico and his team completely transformed our old garden into a beautiful symmetric landscape that is low maintenance and produces greenery year round. We chose to do paving stones in the back and create a large patio - this turned out better than I could have imagined. His crew was professional and conscientious. They are the only contractor we have had during our renovations that cleaned up after themselves and locked the gate each day! Thank you for really making our house feel like a home - the landscaping was the final touch it needed.
