Simon was giving out flyers for his business in my neighbourhood and I just happened to be home and started talking to him. I know I needed a new roof two years ago and got numerous quotes but kept putting it off. I asked many questions and Simon was very eager to explain in detail. He was very enthusiastic and passionate when explaining what he would do and how good it would turn out. You could tell he loves what he does and that is what sold me on him. I wouldnt normally hire someone handing out flyers but I researched him and his company and the reviews are right on. I received the quote on the spot and the job was going to be done in couple of weeks as I was away. Communication was good, never a problem getting a hold of him . Start date was dependent on the weather and Simon kept me informed of possible dates and gave me a couple days notice for the exact date. The day of the job Simon did everything he said he would. -came on time - cover and protected my property plus my neighbours on both sides - stripped old singles and added new metal valleys and roof vents -ice barriers installed and caulking on some bad areas of flashing - new shingles - cleaned up my property and the little bit on my neighbours. It was a very windy day. -used the magnetic roller to make sure there were no nails on the ground - used a blower to blow off the little pieces of debris - completed in one day Simon and his crew are very organized and have it down to a system. I went out and watched many times and was impressed with how hard they work . Each time Simon was doing something different and checking on each one of his guys. He is very hands on and does the work as well. Im sure I forgot something but you get the point. I couldnt be happier with the outcome of the job and Simon. Im so glad I was home that when he handed out the flyers. I will definitely give his name out. Thank you Simon and your crew for making this a great seamless experience. I appreciate the hard job you do and your workmanship. -

I had Stefan from the Sewer Doctor install two toilets today. I couldn't be happier with the process from start to finish. Communicating with Stefan was great, he explained everything and answered all my questions. Anytime I texted or called Stefan he was very prompt to answer. Stefan showed up on time and was very respectful in our home. He left the work areas clean . I will definitely use Stefan again and tell my friends and neighbors about him. I totally trust him. Thanks Stefan for making this job go smooth .

This is the third time over the last five years that I’ve hired the Chimney company for different jobs. This time it was to replace my brick window sills which where falling apart and put in one piece rock face stone . Bill and his guys are extremely meticulous with every aspect of their work from protecting the area for demo to rebuild and to clean up. We couldn’t be happier, thanks guys for another job well done.

We had Bill come and quote on a few things around the house. He was on time, returned all emails and phone calls and took his time explaining things in detail. He came and re-bricked the fireplace making sure not to make a mess. The work was excellent, the house was left spotless. As a very picky person, I was extremely happy with all dealings with Bill. I have now booked him to do my window sills and chimney. You don't need to look any further.
