Our basement was truly a mess and it's a really odd shape, which meant that it wasn't very functional. It's been years since anyone spent time down there voluntarily. We wanted to build a reasonable sized bedroom with a closet and create a living space that people would want to use. When Rob came to take an initial look, I appreciated the fact that he took the time to spin different scenarios out, and to clarify the pros and cons of each one. I wanted to remove part of a wall to open things up, and he quickly established that it was load bearing and told me how much the additional cost would be if we decided to go with that plan. He impressed me with how thorough and knowledgeable he was, and quite frankly I liked the fact that he came across as direct and honest because some of the other people who quoted us just seemed slick. Rob and his team work hard and they put in long days. They're unfailingly polite, and they keep the workspace tidy. Rob kept us up-to-date with things either via email or in person (depending on whether we crossed paths at the end of the day) and was always really quick to respond if we had questions. But the bottom line is that the quality of the finished work is just excellent. Rob doesn't scrimp on the finishes, and he took care of a few small things for us that I really hadn't expected him to (and that I'm sure weren't in the initial quote). If I had to guess about why, I'd tell you that it's probably because that team seems to take a lot of pride in their work and when they walk away from a job they seem genuinely concerned that people are pleased with the outcome. One last thing you should know about me - I never write online reviews. I agreed to write this one only because I have a lot of respect for this group of guys and the work that they do. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

This is the best house cleaning company that I have ever used, hands down. They work very hard to accommodate my needs and the people who have come to the house are incredibly professional. You won't regret choosing them.
