For example we had very specific demands to allow spacing for a snooker table, demands for a wet bar that looks more like a kitchen, a staircase with landings, bigger than usual windows and the list goes on and on. On a very short notice, we requested Dan to paint our condo and do some other jobs such as steaming the carpet, installing a new kitchen fan and changing the lights in the bathroom. The previous tenant, without us knowing, had left the place in a big mess. Dan did an amazing job despite the circumstances! He not only painted the condo to our entire satisfaction and more, but left the place spotless, clean and beautifully ready to receive the new tenant. Despite the short notice and the complications with the mess being left behind, dan proceeded with his commitment as promised, which makes him a very reliable and thorough worker to trust.
