two and half years ago our furnace broke down, richard was first to call back about the problem. the heat exchanger was cracked so we had Richard replace the furnace with a new one. the service was outstanding. as a result of the previous problem we had no second thoughts of the contractor we would use to supply and install our rinnai tankless water heater. service and knowledge is very important to customers, Coretemp does this to perfection.
