I Move frequently due to my job, so I have used Trillium moving twice. Once from Montreal, QC to Port Moody, BC about 6 months ago and recently from Port Moody to Scarborough, ON. Both moves went quite smoothly.
My Sales Rep was Kate both times (I requested her again, because she was so helpful through my first move).
Maybe my moves went so well because I am a very organized person. I had a list of all the questions I wanted to ask before calling them, and between the questions I had and the information Kate gave me, I feel as tho I had all the information I needed. In my most recent move My bill was a little higher then I was quoted, but that is because I had 300 extra lbs (which I thought I might) and I had a stair fee of $100 because the movers had to carry my washer, dryer and treadmill up my winding basement stairs..I was a little annoyed at first, but after watching the effort they put into getting them through the narrow stairwell without banging up the walls, they deserved it (I wouldn't have wanted to do it)
Kate let me know the approximate departure date and said it would take 5-10 business days to arrive. It arrived on Day 9.
My stuff was in good shape, the only thing that broke was a loose light bulb that was banging around in one of the boxes, a scratch on my computer desk, and my dogs bowl is missing lol, so I would have to say that I have had a good experience with Trillium moving, and I will use them again (and because I get a 5% repeat customer discount ; )
