After meeting with multiple security companies within the Ottawa area, my husband and I decided to go with Private Eye Security. Our decision was easy as the consultation with the owner made us feel very comfortable and knowledgeable about his products. He answered all of our questions (there were MANY MANY questions) and reassured us that if we had more he would be available through phone or email to answer them. The price for the total system was in our price range which was fabulous. The reviews we had read online were fantastic and the service was fabulous. The install was quick and fast. I run a home daycare and so I was concerned with how the children would adapt to having “unknown” people in the house. But the concern quickly disappeared when both workers introduced themselves to the children and made us all VERY comfortable. When deciding on a home security system it sometimes may feel overwhelming, but as soon as we met with Private Eye Security we knew we had chosen a company that would be perfect for our family’s needs. We certainly were NOT disappointed. My family would definitely recommend Private Eye Security to all our friends, family and neighbours. We have felt so comfortable and safe within our home and for that we thank “Private Eye”.
