We have been long-time customers of Choice Leather Furniture, having bought a sectional sofa that we are still using over 15 years ago. We have also bought a number of other furniture items over the years, all of which have been beautiful and very durable. The reason for writing this review is because of some great service we received recently when we were moving into a house with a very narrow basement stairway. We were not able to get the centre piece of the (15 year old) sectional sofa downstairs. We called Tom on the off-chance he would be willing to help and he immediately sent Adrian over to help. Adrian took the item back to their shop and disassembled a part of it so that it could fit downstairs. He returned with it the next day and worked me we to get it downstairs (he had to disassemble the item a bit more on the spot); once we had it downstairs, he worked for about 45 minutes to reassemble the item. The sofa looks beautiful downstairs, and we are so grateful to Tom and Adrian for their help. This is after sales service that truly goes above and beyond! We are great fans of Choice Leather and they truly stand behind their products, which are built to last.
