I found Dan on Homestars and what a true professional. Although I had to wait almost three months before he was available ... it was worth the wait. Dan, who came all the way from Brampton to the Beach, arrived on time and did an excellent job adjusting my exterior basement door. I will definitely use Dan again and highly recommend him. You will have to wait ... because as the reviews on this site attest to ... he is that good!

My advice to anyone reading this ... you can't go wrong by hiring Tony's company Ambia Windows and Doors. I had four quotes for the replacement of my basement windows. Unfortunately for one company (who has an excellent reputation) ... when I mentioned to their salesman that I was getting other quotes ... he suggested I call the other companies to cancel the appointments! But this review is about a GENTLEMAN and his company who deserve a 10 ... not only in the quality of their work, customer service and professionalism ... but also as a wonderful person. Tony went above and beyond what anyone would expect. He arrange to meet me at the window manufacturer in order that I could view the various windows and receive accurate answers to my technical questions. The installation went very smoothly and the clean up was impeccable. If you want a job done PERFECT ... I highly recommend Tony and his tradesmen.

Although Dad was doing his best since Mom passed away ... the house required a good cleaning from top to bottom. Through Homestars I contacted Maret ... what a wonderful lady. She is a very professional lady who has immense integrity. Maret showed up on time both for the estimate and to do the job. Jenn and Juliet worked non stop until the job was done. Maret came back at the estimated completion time ... but the work was not yet complete. She continued to demonstrate her deep caring and passion by working with Jenn and Juliet until it met her high standard. When they finally left my Dad's home it sparkled!! Mom would have been very happy. Maret also did not charge for the additional time required to make the house shine. As mentioned in an earlier review, Maret really respects and appreciates her employees ... and it shows in their work. Thank you Maret, Jenn and Juliet for your time and passion. I would recommend Maret and her team to anyone.
