Doug is a wonderful with the blueprints and keeps to his estimates. (The above cost is exclusive of $6,000 for granite countertops) However, his workers are not steady and don't come when they are needed. It's three years later and they still haven't come to install clips on the kickplates of our cabinets. There's a small hole in the floor where they installed the cabinets and one of the panels is not the same colour as the rest of the kitchen. He did everything we wanted, however, but the work took twice as long as estimated.
