Furnaces were inspected, problems found and will be corrected; gas fireplace installations were repaired (replace batteries), duct work was reconnected and adjusted to get a better balance of heat. One concern: a door o the furnace had been left off by our previous service company. Your man replaced the door, but the furnace then failed, prompting a second call on Saturday. This man restarted the furnace and replaced the door, again. We suspect that this will trigger another failure, for which we will have to call for help. I discussed this concern with the serviceman today but he refused to leave the door off - for a number of reasons. We expect that we will be calling you again in the near future, but we hope that we are wrong!

Ron has provided excellent tree care for a number of years, small and large jobs. At first he may come across like a bear, but he's really a softy. He does excellent work at a very fair price and perhaps most importantly, he cares for the trees and the work he is doing. This is important to us as we have a large garden and love every flower and tree. He is not one of these quacks that will advocate chemicals etc. when they are not needed.
