I have been with Alarmforce for 4 years now. When I first had my system installed the basic equipment was not enough to cover my house so I had to PURCHASE more. Extra door contacts and motion sensors. I am now moving and was told that if I did not want to continue services with them (as there is a wired sustem in the new house) I would have to return ALL the equipment! Why did I pay for those sensors? They are not cheap by any means and my three years contract should have covered all the remaining costs except maybe the two-way voice box. This is a rip off and I would still be responsible for shipping all the equipment to them or they will come and get it for a fee...of course.

- Better customer service and more flexibility when it comes to built in systems. Most new homes have wired systems and what good is it when they cannot even hook into them.
