We needed to replace all of the windows in the house into which we had just moved. The initial evaluation was by Sandy who was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and pleasant. He noted all of the windows and organized the evaluation for the installation. We were contacted by the installer to arrange for the measurements. There was a communication error and for some reason we went a week without hearing from the installer, we believe in error. We contacted Brock and Sandy and they sorted this out immediately. The next day the installers were there measuring and taking notes. The subsequent installation went flawlessly. The two installers who arrived were professional, fast, tidy and curteous.
