I had these guys come out and repair my dishwasher. I was hesitant to get the repairs since they came to about $600 but they had already charged me $150 for the diagnosis and trying to fix without replacing parts. It's a Kitchenaid dishwasher about 7 years old so I was hoping I would get a few more years out of it. Well it broke down about a month later, so I called QuickFix again. They told me that if it's a problem with the part they replaced then they will fix for free otherwise they will charge me $80 for looking at it even though the repair they made is under warranty. I told them that I don't know if it's the same issue since it's behaving different this time, however I would really appreciate it if they would come have a look and help me out as a return customer who just spent $600 with them a month ago. I just wanted to know what the problem was and if it was under warranty or a small amount then I would get it fixed. If however it turns out to be another expensive issue then I will probably just cut my losses and buy a new dishwasher. They showed no compassion or customer servi ce and rudely told me that they don't do business that way...and that they don't give any courtesy to there existing customers. So I told them to have a nice day and that's not the way to run a service based business in today's world. I'm sure that concept is way above their heads. They don't get the fact that anyone can repair an appliance, but it's the customer service skills that will set them apart..
