Martin's was able, in a relatively short time, to diagnose and resolve an issue that was caused by some funky wiring of a 3 way switch in the kitchen (by someone else in the past). His high level skill and experience was evident. The only issue that came up was that the first service guy sent was unable to fix the problem. He seemed at rather a loss with diagnostics and then there was a delay in service until Martin was available. Martin was however very fair in not billing for the extra time. He also provided excellent customer service in resolving the issue and kept in good communication with updates of the delays.
