I live in a relatively new town house with a dryer vent that extends along the wall of my living room. I noticed water marks on the wall so I asked Mr. Johnson from Dryer Vent Wizard to check it out. He took pictures before and after cleaning revealing improper installation of the venting. He worked on a ladder 8 M up in the cold and snow to clean out the vent. He provided me with options to repair the venting and we agreed to wait until the weather improved. He was knowledgeable, skilled and made a big difference in how my dryer works. I'm not dreading laundry day any more! I would recommend him to anyone who owns a dryer. (Dirty dryer vents can lead to fires, don't put off cleaning your vent like I did.)
