I have been with alarm force close to a year, haven't had any issues. I call them One a month to make sure all system is in working order. I had technicians come by twice once to check camera, and the other time to remove it. I Didn't get charged for it. I treat their reps with respect and don't expect them to do beyond what I have signed in to. And maybe Customer is always right rules don't apply to all countries, that being Canada Ey. Anyway being nice to people goes long try it sometimes, it might even get you're contract cancelled one day.
