My thanks to Moe for doing another excellent job on my gutters. A couple of years ago he quickly repaired some gutters that were leaking on to my driveway. This time I had my deck rebuilt but the gutters were improperly reinstalled and leaked quite badly. It turned out to be a hassle dealing with the deck contractor to fix the gutters, so I called Moe to see if he could take care of the problem. I did not have to call anyone else, since he came over right away to look at the problem and see what he could do. He came up with a solution and indicated that he could have the gutters fixed within a week. Even before the week was up, he called and said he was in the area and could do the repairs right away. He repaired and repositioned the gutters, cleaned up the mess left by the contractor and the gutters now look good and work perfectly. If anyone is having any gutter issues or needs new gutters, I would absolutely recommend that you give him a call.

After over 30 years it was time to replace my concrete tile roof. I talked to a number of roofing companies, but I was so impressed with Jordan, I decided to go with Signature. Jordan obviously has a lot of roofing experience and it was a pleasure talking to him about the different options. He provided a number of detailed alternatives, including the costs, pros and cons of each alternative and any installation issues. His insight and knowledge were extremely helpful for me in ultimately choosing to replace my current concrete tile roof with a new Boral concrete tile with a colour that closely matched the original tile. Jordan indicated that he had a very experienced and reliable roofing team and he was absolutely correct. Luis and his staff were great. They were installing the new roof tiles during the rainiest part of the summer and they did a great job. Luis promised that they would work around the rain and ensure I did not have any problems. There was a lot of work to be done with getting rid of the old tile and underlay and installing the new underlay, wood supports and tiles. I didn’t have any water issues during the installation or afterwards. The new roof looks great. I’ve had a number of neighbours comment on the looks of my roof and how hard Luis and his staff worked during this time when it wasn’t raining. Jordan and Luis were great to work with. They kept me informed of the progress and any issues, and when the issues would be resolved. If anyone is thinking of a new roof or needs some advice or insight on roofing products, I would absolutely recommend that you give Jordan a call.

I had a problem with one of the house gutters that would constantly overflow and leak. My main concern was the winter since the water could leak on to the driveway and freeze. I called a number of gutter repair specialists in Calgary, but The Gutter Patrol was the only group that would talk to me right away. The others wanted to book a consultation appointment 2 or 3 weeks down the road. I talked to Moe on a Thursday outlining the problem, the location and length of the gutters and asked if he could provide a quote for new gutters. He said he would get some preliminary costs together and come out early the following week. However, he called the following morning and said he was doing work in my neighbourhood that Friday, and could come out and have a look that afternoon on his way home. Moe arrived about 4:00 pm and noticed my problem right away: the gutter was not sloped enough to handle the heavy water flow. He told me right away that I did not need new gutters. He recommended re-sloping the current gutters and adding an additional downspout to handle the water volume. In the end this would save time and money. That was a pleasant surprise. However, I got another pleasant surprise when I asked when he could do the work, expecting it may take a week or two or more to setup an appointment based on his workload. He said, “I’m here now; I have the materials and tools, so I can do it right away." Even though it was late Friday afternoon, he took the time to do a good job letting me know what he planned to do and made sure I was happy with the results. He even took the time to test the re-sloped gutters using a water hose to make sure it worked properly and did not overflow or leak on the driveway. He also insisted that if I have any issues in the future, to give him a call and he would take care of them right. After a few heavy downpours, the gutters and drainage work perfectly. Moe was great to work with, he came up with a solution that saved me money and was able to do it right away. If anyone is having any gutter issues or needs new gutters, I would absolutely recommend that you give him a call.

We recently had quite a bit of work done around the house and were extremely happy with the results and efforts by Helene’s Siding. They replaced all of the siding and eaves troughs and matched the new facia and soffit with the existing colours. David, John and the rest of the crew did a great job. David’s meticulous work and attention to detail ensured an excellent job completed in a timely manner, even though the weather was extremely cold. There were some problems and unexpected complications that arose because of the age of the house that they were flexible enough to handle for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Helene’s Siding to anyone needing siding work done!
