I have a newly installed tub, walls and ceiling just done on Friday Nov 13 2009. The sales lady that came to my house first of all had some inappropriate comments in my oppinion. Firstly, she commented on how many stairs there are in my house, secondly she commented on how cold and drafty it is in my front hallway and thirdly made a comment about how far apart my children are in age. She took 2 hours to try and measure my bathroom and after that told me she will have to send someone else in to finish measuring and gave the excuse that her level must be broken. When the technician began his demolition, he broke the "boot" in the tub. Luckily I was able to get Mr Rooter in that day to fix it. I was very concerned that the installer was not a plumber and that on the back of the contract it stipulates that Bathfitters is not responsible for existing plumbing. I don't think customers that consider using your product have bathrooms and plumbing that is in pristine condition. If things had gone differently and I was not able to get a plumber that day, I would be without our only shower and tub for at least 3 days which is unacceptable for a family of 4. Especially after having paid just over $3000.00 for the work. I was also very concerned that reading the back of my contract your company takes back every promise it seems to make in lthe advertisement portfolio I was given. No guarantee of 1 day service, no guarantee for damage to walls or plumbing. I would seriously have considered not using your company if I had known these facts beforehand. I don't understand how a professional and National company can waive all responsibility for their work. Luckily the worker Kyle was very unassuming and down to earth. He appologized for the inconvenience and I didn't mind having him in my home for 8 hours. I would rate my overall experience as unsatisfactory. At this time I cannot recommend your company to any friends, co-workers or family.

After repairing the upstairs toilet myself, I tried to repair one on main level however I ran into problems. Shut off valve at base of toilet did not work, needed to shut main water. Jamil replaced shut off valve, as well as supply line and repaired the inside workings of toilet.
