An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I am very happy with the excellent service I received from Zaid and his assistant! I had a very small move, just a few pieces of furniture for a short distance, but I was treated as an important customer. They were on time (even a few minutes early), very professional and efficient. There was a lot of snow on the ground that day but that did not slow them down: everything was quick and efficient! They took great care carrying the furniture out of the house and then up the stairs at the new place. I do not hesitate to recommend Zaid and his assistant and will definitely use them in my next move!
