After discovering a carbon monoxide leak coming from our water tank, WTS Inc. quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work in freezing temperatures. They also found two other unexpected issues that they provide a range of economic solutions to (e.g. did not pressure me into choosing the most expensive) and went the extra mile in making the cheaper solution work and look nice. They were polite, explained the problem in easy to understand terms, and cleaned-up. Also, being pregnant, I was extra sensitive to some of the smells that resulted from the repair work and they were excellent about coming back to explain what the smells were and to assure me that it wasn't a gas leak -they were very professional and understanding and didn't make me feel like a crazy pregnant woman. I would recommend them to anyone and will be having them come back in the summer to finish off a few other outstanding minor repairs.
