The windows in my home were replaced by Supreme Windows. The installers were courteous and went about their job without delay and finished in a timely manor. The windows themselves I was very disappointed in. The frames did not met up (gaps from one piece to the next), there are pieces of the frames that are not flush and stick out. A staff member did come out to check the frames and he said that all the windows from the shop come like that with the sharp edges, gaps where pieces do not meet, it is normal. He did agree to fill the gaps with a filler when I still indicated that I did not like how they were.
