My wife and I moved into our dated house (circa 1958) in Nov. 2013 and had our work cut out for us in upgrades. One of the first things we attended to was the upgrading of all the main floor light switches, electrical outlets (including GFI’s inside and out), surge protection for the main panel, a new 240 volt line for the dryer, main panel ground protection (which had a short circuit), cat6 run to my office for the internet and fax, plus some new light fixtures one outside at the front door, one in the guest bedroom and another in the living room which required another adjoining line run through the attic. I called a number of electricians for a quote and decided on hiring Watson Electrical as he was the only electrician that gave me a me firm quote on the Surge Protection in an email. Brad and David arrived at our home shortly after settling on a date and got straight to work; they were professional, polite, respectful of our home and well organized. They answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns and explained what they had done and were going to do in a manner that was clear and precise. The guys spent a day and a half at our home and did an outstanding job and cleaned up their mess. When I called Jim's office after they completed their work with a new concern Jim Watson came out and addressed my issue and corrected the problem (the plumber short circuited my main panel ground after installing a pex line where a copper line ran). My wife and I are completely satisfied with the work Watson Electrical did for us and would have no problem recommending them to any homeowner wanting residential electrical work done.
