Ryan was very pleasant to deal with, reliable and patiently answered all my questions. His quote was competitive and I decided to use his company based on the reviews. I can assure you, all the reviews are genuine based on the positive experience I had with him and his team. The process went smoothly, everything he said he would do, he did, and he was always accessible and easy to reach. My back roof sagged and they removed the old boards, levelled it and added new plywood. They also removed and disposed all the old shingles, added ice and water shields, a new plumbing stack, two ridge vents plus the underlayment and then reshingled the entire roof. New metal fascia was put on the front gable for a better appearance and also to protect the aging wood. When I asked him if he could also add a couple of eave extensions and pigeon shoots, he did and was kind enough to not add this to the total cost. Another thing that impressed me was Ryan was very hands on, not only overlooking the project, but also working along side his crew. The results look terrific and I highly recommend Ryan and Impact Roofing.
