kitchen faucet been leaking for quite sometime; leak will only stop when turned off and tap turned towards cold side. been wanting to replace/fix it myself but noticed faucet didn't have water regulator valve to stop water flow under the sink. leak worsened and noticed seeping through sink. called a few companies and found Jason offering best quote. a few pictures of the plumbing issues sent over text and he was able to diagnose the problem and give us a reasonable quote. he was very personable and took time to explain the issues and how to prevent future problems. very satisfied and will be turning to him again for future plumbing concerns.

I spoke with Rafal and gave me a quick rundown on our options, but since a lot of the technical terms were foreign to me he offered to visit our home the same day i made the initial phone call and assess our layout and make the proper recommendation based on our needs. he was very punctual and took the time to explain to us in layman's terms the best options for our household needs. we appreciate that we didnt feel like we were being sold more expensive models that was more than what our household needed. he let us know that he was fully booked for the next day but since that would mean that we would be left without hot water for the weekend, he took the time to make changes in his schedule to fit us in for next day installation. the next day, he was punctual as usual and took great care in making sure that no damage was done to our home while he was removing the old, broken tank and while he was installing the new one. he even noticed a small leak in our HVAC system and offered to fix it at no extra cost. he works efficiently and well within the timeline he provides. He provided us with quality and superb service and would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs HVAC servicing or to those who are sick and tired of the endless rental charges from these pushy door to door companies.

Mark and his colleague arrived on time and were very accommodating in terms of entertaining and answering all of our questions. They were very easy to talk to and took time to explain how their equipment works. they even showed me some pictures of our vents after it has been cleaned to show how well they work. they were also very considerate of the price. i did not feel like i was overcharged at all. i would definitely recommend them and will call on them again in 5 years when our ducts need to be cleaned out again.
