This contractor was hired to perform a complete basement finishing, including installation of 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry, also to create 2 living spaces in the form of a small apartment and a recreational area. Total area under construction was about 700 sq.ft. Total project length from signing of the agreement till the last payment was 9 weeks. A few obstacles and deviations arose during this project: reconstruction of sewers, water pipes and air ducts, insulation replacement, additional electrical network. The entire project was completed without delays (despite those extra subprojects) and with satisfying quality. The expertise and versatility of this professional is out of doubt. Highly recommended.
