Eric and Mark removed the old window and replaced the new one in under 2 hours. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned up the floor under the window better than I could have! The cost was well below (more reasonable!) than other companies I contacted for estimates. Good experience.
The washing machine was leaking water when emptying into the laundry sink. Tony called ahead of time to get the model number and ordered parts. He found that the pipe under the sink was the problem, not the washing machine and tightened the connection. He replaced a part that was wearing, showed me where the part was and explained its function. Good service!
Michael and Garey arrived earlier than planned after calling to confirm the time change. They rolled in the blue carpet and cleaned the ducts in under two hours. They showed the filter before and after and directed the tubing through the garage so the front door would not be open to the cold during the process.. Pleasant and friendly. Very happy with the price.
